Okres to nie tylko „te kilka dni w miesiącu” – to cały cykl, który wpływa na naszą energię, siłę, regenerację i… samopoczucie. W sporcie ma to ogromne znaczenie: w jednej fazie notujemy super performance, a w innej organizm domaga się więcej luzu i odpoczynku. Podczas prezentacji pokażemy, skąd biorą się wahania hormonów w poszczególnych fazach cyklu i jak wpływają one na ciało – w tym na układ nerwowy i oddechowy.
