Morning yoga
Imagine a morning that begins with calm breathing, gentle movement, and the energy that flows from mindfulness. Each day will start with a shared yoga session led by a friendly instructor. It’s a few moments of stretching your body after the night, clearing your mind, and recharging your batteries before a day full of climbing.

Slackline - how to start
This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of walking on a slackline. Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll find out what slacklining is, what kind of equipment you need, and how to keep the starting position, maintain balance, and walk on the line. The instructor will also introduce you to safety rules.

Poi workshop
This is the perfect opportunity to introduce you to the world of juggling arts. During this session, you’ll learn the basic techniques of poi spinning, focusing on smooth movements and coordination. The workshop program includes a warm-up, one-handed poi exercises, and instruction in spinning two poi, synchronous swinging, and simple tricks. These workshops are not only a lot of fun and great physical activity, but also help develop concentration and memory, engaging both body and mind.
